Over the last month, the project team completed Volume II of the plan with technical background material, project lists, and a financial strategy for making possible the high-quality facilities needed as Sultan grows. We're eager to hear from community members in the comings weeks as the Plan approaches the legislative review process with Planning Board and City Council this fall!
